Our poster features the landmark U.S. Supreme Court case of Obergefell v. Hodges which legalized same-sex marriage across the United States. This powerful poster symbolizes equality and love, reminding everyone that love knows no bounds. This poster is designed to look like slightly wrinkled paper. Obergefell v. Hodges is a landmark 2015 Supreme Court case in which the Court ruled that same-sex marriage is a constitutional right under the Fourteenth Amendment. The decision, delivered by Justice Anthony Kennedy, held that state bans on same-sex marriage and on recognizing same-sex marriages performed in other jurisdictions are unconstitutional.
