1. No Returns Accepted: Because each order is custom printed for you and we do not stock any inventory, we do not accept returns for refunds on any custom printed items. Each product is made to order and manufactured according to your specifications, making it difficult for us to restock or resell returned items.
2. Replacement or Refund Policy:
a. Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. To facilitate the process, please provide clear photos of the damaged item, including the packaging. Upon verification of the damage, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost or a refund of the full purchase price. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing and shipping. b. Misprinted Items: If your item is misprinted, we will work to quickly send you a corrected version at no additional cost to you. To facilitate the process, please provide clear photos of the misprinted item. Upon verification, the replacement item may take 5-10 business days to process and arrive to you.
c. Non-Arrival: In the case of non-arrival, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the item is confirmed lost, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.
